Principal Scientist/Associate Director of Analytical Chemistry

Major Responsibilities：

• Represent analytical chemistry group to support R&D China programs/projects. Design and execute innovative experiments which influence program/project direction on a regular basis.
• Lead the effort to develop analytical methods to support release testing, specification set up, stability study, manufacturing, and formulation development for API and DP.
• Prepare the analytical sections of documents for API and DP to support regulatory filings of R&D China products.
• Network with global analytical community to further develop R&D China’s analytical capability and to provide training, coaching or mentoring to other team members in analytical chemistry group.
• Evaluate and champion potential innovative analytical technologies within R&D China.
• Ensure analytical chemistry group to comply with policies including data integrity and EHS..

Requirement：

• Ph.D or equivalent in analytical science. At least 5 years of industrial experience in analytical science in the Pharmaceutical industry. A previous role supporting projects beyond FTIH preferred
• Good knowledge of cGMP requirement for analytical chemistry.
• Recognized for successful scientific contributions in analytical science community.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have outstanding networking and influencing capabilities.
• Demonstrated networking skills with external key opinion leaders and experts in analytical science.
• Oral and written skills in Chinese.
