Principal Scientist, Early Process Chemistry Development

Requirement：

• Understanding of the drug discovery process & early process chemistry development.
• Expertise in translating chemistry from small- to larger scale (mg’s to multi-grams to kilo scale)
• Expertise in performing synthetic organic chemistry on    large scale Understanding of the elements & importance of technical package generation for effective technology transfer
• Understanding of and interpretation of physical properties characterization data of final testing materials
• Deep expertise in synthetic organic chemistry methodologies
• Clear understanding of safety issues that relate to larger scale synthesis
• Minimum of 7+ years experience in scale up chemistry for med chem or similar experience, a
• PhD in Organic Chemistry is preferred
• Excellent scientific learning agility with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise synthetic    organic chemistry activities, both local and remote
• Strong written and oral communication skills Exemplary interpersonal skills Some travel required
