Medical Science Liaison

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effective and scientific communication with physicians to provide the most wanted and updated scientific information of BI products and related therapeutic area including response to external enquiries through credible and clear non-promotional way
• Highlight opportunities to aid customer issue resolution& problem solving
• Develop and implement dissemination&publication plans directly supporting medical affairs strategic product plan and works with key customers
• Attend scientific meetings and AB meetings collaborating with medical advisor and core product team on how to gather/disseminate information relevant to product portfolio
• Develop and maintain good professional relationship with KOLs
• Communicates with community groups professional bodies and patient organizations regarding BI therapy areas
• Deliver updated BI products and related therapeutic area information to regional marketing and sales force
• Coordinate medical advisor to develop sales training materials and external communication materials
• Deliver regional sales training
• Participate in the implementation of the local marketing strategy and offer strategic and tactical input to regional and local current practices,
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Medical functions, e.g., Clinical Operation, DRA, Health Economics and Drug Safety
• Coordinate with medical advisor to support the development, launch and commercialization of drug products in region through increase awareness to HCPs, scientific community and internal staffs
• Coordinate all local clinical trials programs (e.g., Phase IV studies, IIS, PMS, registry, EAP et al)
• Identify potential sites interested in participating in company trials and facilitate IIS queries

Qualifications

• Clinical Medicine background is preferred
• Familiar with related TA is preferred
• Working experience in hospitals is preferred
• Working experience in Medical Dept of multinational pharmaceutical companies is preferred
• Good team work spirit
• Independent work capability
• Good English communication in reading, written and spoken
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good Microsoft office software skills
