Controlling Manager – R&I China

Main responsibilities:

• Proactively Control, monitor and measure the business performance to ensure the operating result insightful and the risks / opportunities early detective with senior managers for the achievement of business targets, incl Proft &Loss, Working  Capital, ROI, Opportunities & Risks, etc
• Work together with regional BPA on business/financial management tasks by identifying the key business drivers and interpreting the regions’ performance against short-term and long-term plans and forecasts.
• Be responsible for the initiative of new projects/ products evaluation from financial / business point of view that forms part of new business short / long term strategies.
• Manage the area's initiative of reporting consistency and integrity as well as continuous improvement processes within relevant categories.
• Cohesively teamwork with other Controlling teams to deliver synergy benefits and value-added Controlling/ Business supports to all client groups in the Company.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or Business discipline (preferably MBA) with more than 8 years experience in large multinational company with senior-level finance analysis position.
• Strategic thinking and able to grasp the macro view
• Strong inter-personal and communication skill, able to persuade and influence others
• Possess strong business acumen
• Self motivated and able to operate independently
• Fast execution and ability to perform under tremendous pressure
• Displays knowledge in using logical, analytical tools to address difficult issues and recommend potential decision
