Payer Strategy & Policy Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Develop payer strategy, payer value proposition and dossier for Shanghai Roche key products.
• Lead new product pricing and reimbursement strategy, conduct relevant studies and develop market access strategy
• Develop and implement pharmacoeconomic studies and research projects for China’s pricing and reimbursement. Communicate and discuss research protocol with pharmacoeconomics experts and obtain academic support.
• Work with Global team for appropriate economic strategy making on products in pipeline.
• Establish close relationship with key pharmacoeconomics KOLs.
• Provide pharmacoeconomic information, tools, and publications to support pricing, reimbursement negotiations with payers and other relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct policy analysis and research, focusing on the latest policy environment and change of Health Technology Assessment policy. Provide suggestion for company’s strategy

Requirement：

• Proven knowledge of Health Economics/ pharmacoeconomics research in pharmaceutical development.
• Proven knowledge of health policies and contact network for policy advocacy.
• Proficiency in product market access strategy, policy development, action plans and tactical steps.
• Good strategic, analytic thinking and writing.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Language Skills: Good at English, listening, speaking, reading and writing
