(Senior) Specialist, Research Outsourcing and Alliances (Contractor)

Job Description:
• Participate in vendor/collaborator scouting, evaluation and performance review;
• Manage vendor/collaborator on boarding, contract renewal and routine service activities;
• Submit purchasing requests, coordinate order approval and communicate with vendors in a timely manner;
• Tracking project progress with internal users and external vendors (follow up service delivery and payment), identify deviations and take corrective actions;
• Maintain paperwork, data and provide statistic reports.

Minimum requirements:
• MSc. in chemistry, biochemistry, medicine, pharmacology or other related fields;
• 2-3 years relevant post-graduate research experience;
• Understanding of overall drug discovery process;
• Independent problem-solving and good coordination capability in general;
• Proven project management skills and details oriented;
• Pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience is preferred;
• Experience on R&D operations is a plus;
• Ph.D plus 5 years work experience is highly preferred.
