Principal Scientist R&D China

Major Responsibilities：

• Support the design and drive the execution of key experimental studies to provide an understanding of the PK/PD relationship with an emphasis on target engagement. Perform modeling & simulation analyses and write reports.
• Use modeling as a thinking tool to help generate an experimentally testable question
• Participate as an active core member of project teams.
• Exceptional collaborative behavior such that relationships with scientists across the DMPK Community are developed and maintained

Requirement：

• PhD with strong relevant experience in either a chemical, biological or equivalent pharmaceutical science based discipline.  Excellent scientific/technical abilities/experienced problem-solver at the technical level.  Strong organization, data management, and communication skills.  Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Being adaptive, willing to pick up new skills and train others.
