Clinical Outsourcing and Planning Manager

Outsourcing and Contracting:

• Evaluates functional study sourcing specific needs and develop proper vender strategy together with study teams
• Leads the vender evaluating, selecting, sourcing and contracting process, between the functions or study teams and potential vendors
•  Measures performance of vendors with respect to quality of work, cost, timelines and other related parameters
•  Ensures appropriate risk evaluation and mitigation while meeting business needs
•  Facilitates sourcing and contracting issueescalation and resolution
•  Guide study teams in identification and resolution RPage 2 of 3 of outsourcing issues
•  Leads in process improvement that enhance and streamline outsourcing and contracting processes, systems, tools and other resources

Study Planning:

•  Lead to plan proper human resources required for studies together with study teams, and give overall assessment and recommendation to management team
•  Leads in process improvement that enhance and streamline planning processes, systems, tools and other resources
•  Maintain and update the study overall status regularly and ensure study teams well recognize the study progress

Qualification and Experience:

• Ability to effectively negotiate business terms and financial costs
• High degree of customer focus for both internal and external customers and proven ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships
• Considerable understanding of clinical study process and desirable Study / project management within the pharmaceutical or CRO sector
• Ability to work internationally and with multi-cultural teams
• Thorough understanding of Clinical Development and Contract management
• Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal.
• Effective management of cross-functional teams and demonstrated ability to work within a matrix

Education/Qualifications:

• At least with bachelor degree of science, medicine/pharmacy/other healthcare disciplines is a prefer
