MSE Manager

 Major Responsibilities:

  • Sales force optimization through effective territory management and Sales target allocation & insights from market sales analysis
  • Involve practical CVM, transition factor, sales & marketing optimization, FTE model project
  • Integrate sales&marketing biz needs on MSE and work with CRM manager to develop standard/effective report system
  • Provide training for sales in terms of SFE value delivery (how to use SFE data to manager sales process&results)
  • Coach sales team on competency improvement

  Requirement:

  •  3+ years' SFE experience is a must; experience in multi-international pharmaceutical company is an advantage;
  • Good competency on data analysis tools(e.g Excel, Access);Good competency on data analysis tools(e.g Excel, Access);
  • Proactive (service oriented) attitude and good team working;
  • Excellent people interaction skills(esp. listening);
