Responsibilities:

  • Co-work with sales team on channel partner’s sourcing, recruiting, amendment, renewal or termination and daily management.
  • Monitor the products flow in channel from ** to hospital and support the data management requirement.
  • Support business on channel management to achieve sales target and prepare for the long term growth.
  • Find opportunity to expand ** channel coverage and product’s penetration in the market.
  • Segment dealers and build partnership with segmented dealers to grow both business and increase their engagement to **.
  • Conduct dealer performance review with sales team and key distributors’ management team to maintain the business flow smoothly. Solve channel conflicts with sales team.
  • Deliver training to 3rd party to ensure they understand the Code of Conduct and Corporate Integrity Policy and all potential integrity issues are immediately reported through the appropriate channels.

 

Required:

  • Strong business acumen and local medical device market expertise .
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong influencing skill.
  • 3-5 years in a Sales and/or Marketing role in healthcare industry. Experience in Pharmaceutical industry can be considered.
  • Computer literate on Microsoft Office software .
  • Written English required.
