Senior Application Consultant

Responsibilities：

• Execute on the strategic roadmap for master and meta data management to enable **to continuously increase the proficiency of its master and meta data management.
• Deploy and sustain master and meta data governance policies,procedures and responsibilities to enable **to steer its master and meta data management operation.
• Liaise with ** business partners, understand the master and meta data deficits and ensure planned master and meta data management projects and resource allocation do fit their needs.
• Study with the fast evolving Information Management methodology and data technology.
• Introduce innovative solutions within the master and meta data management architecture timely to assure** is ready for new Information Management challenges and new Business Models.
• Deliver Information Governance projects according to project management best practices and standards by defining the project scope, assuring and describing the added value, planning and engaging the required resources.
• Manage and/or deliver master and meta data management architecture and services that support BHC with master and meta data management operational tasks.
• Engage, coach and train all employees involved with ** master and meta data management by establishing a collaborative climate with excellent knowledge exchange in order for ** to reach a high performance master and meta data management discipline.

Required：

• > 3 years professional business experience and understand biz processes > 4 years SAP master data project experience with Master data / meta data concept knowledge as well
• > 3 years IT System design, development, implementation and support experience
• International exposure and Intercultural skills (China vs. Western Europe)
• Skill Requirements (professional and leadership experience, ** specific skills, technical skills, special trainings, soft skills)
• Leadership capabilities
• Thorough Consulting Skills (Professionalism, Analytics, Interpersonal Relationship Building, Collaboration and communition )
• Knowledge of SAP Logistic applications and the implications and interfaces with other modules
• SAP details: ALE,LSMW, Customizing (esp, org. model), MDG, General SAP ERP Knowledge in module FI, SD, MM
• SAP data migration experiences
• Experienced in at least 3 full project lifecycles and PM skills
• Solid communication skills (presentation, negotiation etc.)
• English writing and speaking on adequate level 10.Initiative to act on his own and work under pressure
• Deep hands-on knowledge of MS Excle, Access - for data collection, validation, cleasing and management migration
