Project Associate

Job Description:

• To Co-ordinate the Project team composing of medical project members representing cross functions (e.g., Regulatory, Clinical Operations, Drug Safety, Clinical Development, etc.) and other division functions, such as BU Marketing, Production, in order to optimally set the project development for registration and post marketing trials
• To create bi-monthly report on all medical projects to China/Regional/global management team members
• Arrange medical project review meeting monthly
• To actively contribute to re-shaping of China healthcare policy through close collaboration with China Authorities (MOH, SFDA) in drug development aspects
• In addition they may assist in identifying business opportunities and evaluating opportunities in areas such as training, education, international collaboration in clinical research and regulatory affairs
• Also works to develop solid, long-term professional relationships with customers, prospects and hospital and government leaders

Requirement:

• Education: 3-4 + years of experience in medical fields or business development
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Medical/ Pharmaceutics/ business
• Excellent written, verbal skills, and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a clear understanding of both the customer and the marketplace
• Highly motivated individuals to identify opportunities and work with external customers
• Ability to develop work relationships internally and externally
