equired Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience:

•1 to 3 years business experience within the Deere Product Delivery Process in one of the following functional areas: Program Management, Product Design,  Manufacturing Engineering, Quality   Engineering, or Supply Management
• Language Proficiency: English and Mandarin
•Desired Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience
•1 to 3 years experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for A&T PDM
•1 to 3 years demonstrated leadership in implementing organizational and process change
•Experience using SAP Business Warehouse
• Language Proficiency: German
•Proficiency in:
• Microsoft Office tools
• SAP user knowledge regarding ECMs, Material Masters, and Bills of Materials.
• SAP Query and Extract transactions
• ProE and PDMLink

EDUCATION (Specific Branch of Study, Certificate) :

•Bachelor Equivalent Degree in Engineering, IT, or other related Technical/Business area
 

Special Considerations (Shift, Off Hours, Support, Travel):

• Approximately 25% travel within China will be required. In addition, International travel to the other regions is estimated to be about 10%.  Travel percentage is higher during the initial training and integration with the global business process team and during cycle testing and new implementation startups.
