Sales Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- New customer acquisition. Present AO’s service and solutions to address customer requirement. Focus on Market Segment such as Government, SOE, Manufacturing etc.
- Maintain good relationship with clients and different stakeholders in Southern/Eastern China to ensure business continuity and growth. Act as single point of contact
- Act as bidding manager in new business opportunities process. Take roles of commercial view assessment, risk assessment, solution review and proposal compilation. Sometime act as contract manager too.
- Identify customer Business Issue and adopt Problem to Solution approach backed by consultative selling methodology.
- Cooperate with pre-sales team provide design / solution to different request from customers. Gather cost information from internally and prepare price/proposal to customers
- Work with delivery / pre-sales team for product /service delivery / installation
- Work on the CV / backlog reports to verify cost and ensure all product/service is delivered in a timely manner.
- Prepare regular sales report. Exiting Customers Account Management and alignment with business to identify new business opportunity.
Required:
- College degree or above in Computer Science or Business administration.
- Sound knowledge in IT Service industry. Track record of sales achievement.
- Proactive, energetic and work in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication skills. Qualified in professional selling skill
