Senior Sales Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • The job entails development and execution of a business plan involving business development, sales and customer engagements.
  • Generate and maintain a credible sales forecast for new business sales and renewals
  • Achieve sales targets for new business sales and renewals
  • Build strong relationships with potential business partner and customers
  • Work with service line team, pre-sales consultants on all biding, marketing and sales activities.
  • Actively work to identify, qualify and create new sales opportunities
  • Involved in sales contract negotiations and commercial management

 

Required:

  • Strong Sales orientation. Matured and experience with relationship dealing with Senior Executives and high end corporate account
  • Strong collaboration and teaming attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and create own leads
  • Have 5-7 years of selling experience to large international enterprise
  • Knowledge of IT services or IT solution selling and past experience of selling enterprise IT solutions is a must.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (read, spoken and written)
