Delivery mgr for international core solution

Job description:

• Manage the delivery of international banking solutions;
• create a delivery methodology which can work in China;
• coach staffs to ensure them to provide customers professional service;
• Support sales;
• act as project director, even as project manager for big project.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Energetic and logical thinking;
• At least 8 years practical experience in banking service industry
• At least 4 years project/delivery management experience with good track records. Candidates possess PMP is preferred.
• Mature and positive attitudes; possess good interpersonal communication skills; able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic environment.
• Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and Mandarin.
