Sr.FP&A Manager

Responsibilities

•  Manage and lead the financial planning and analysis activities by providing analyses and counsel to functional and business unit leaders in order to optimize financial returns and enhance business performance.
• Review and ensure the accuracy of monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting and analyses.
• Provide support to sound business decisions (e.g. product line profitability, channel profitability, capital and investment decisions, etc.) via financial modeling, project-based reporting, sensitivity analyses and/or other reports.
• Drive and improve the process (with input from and coordination with other functions/locations) to consolidate and evaluate the monthly, quarterly and annual financial estimates.
• Drive and improve the process (with input from and coordination with other functions/locations) to consolidate and evaluate the annual budget.
• Develop processes and reviews to help identify areas for improvement in forecast accuracy and improve overall quality and visibility of financial reporting systems.
• Take up ad-hoc projects as requested by senior management.
• Coach and develop staff in the FP&A team.

Required

•  Bachelor degree holder (full time) in finance or related disciplines , Master's degree preferred
• Minimum3 years experience in FP&A manger role or supervisory experience in MNC and/or local sizable companies.
• Must be a business smartand strong communicator with business partners.
• Good English skills both in written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, good communication, organizationcapabilities, excellent analytical skills.
• CMA professional qualification preferred.
