Senior Brand Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- To develop and have agreed, marketing plans (situation analysis, strategy, objectives, action plan and control) to maximise profitability and build product awareness.
- To develop and organise, with the support of the Medical Manager communication campaigns (i.e. conferences, symposia, round tables) for assigned product.
- To develop promotion materials for assigned product and present to sales team as sales support tool.
- To prepare, in collaboration with Marketing Manager, plans for new product development (esp. packaging) and implement launching.
- To monitor product performance and profits of assigned product on local market and adapt marketing plan accordingly.
- To develop and maintain assigned professional expertise and keep abreast of market trends bearing on own product.
- To develop and keep good relationship with key opinion leaders
Requirement:
- Medical/pharmaceutical University Degree or equivalent through experience
- MBA graduate is preferable
- Good Command of English
- 5+ years experience in Product Management with a multinational pharmaceutical company
- Min 1 year of medical sales experience
