Head of Clinical Operation DEAN (regional head)

Major Responsibilities：

• Establish clinical operation team in the region by consolidating clinical operation resources in Japan/China/Korea
• Foster stronger clinical operation team in the region through implementing global education and training systems as well as standardizing processes in clinical study conduct in the region
• Ensure that DEAN team clinical study plans for pipeline projects are executed as agreed with relevant CSTs/PLTs
• Ensure global standard quality in clinical trial planning, execution and data collection/capture for clinical studies
• Manage CROs’ services through clinical operation heads in China, Japan and Korea and directly manage CRO services in Taiwan in case study is placed in Taiwan
• Lead and manage Clinical Operation DEAN in alignment and close collaboration with GCSO,  Development Operation Management/DEAN and local Medical Affairs & Regulatory Affairs in China/Korea
• Attract and hire capable clinical operation staff in the region
• Contribute to lead DEAN to a success as one of the DEAN Leadership Team members
