Sr. Clinical Trail Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Medical liaison with clinicians, academics and research scientists in therapeutic areas of interest to UCB, for the purposes of clinical research.
• To develop and support Phase I, II, III and IV Studies in China.
• Before product launch, to facilitate the conduct by global clinical development and GMA of (pre) clinical studies (phase III & IV) for existing and new UCB products, report to Corporate, Medical and Regulatory Affairs Director and General Manager on adverse events, and take remedial action in line with Corporate guidelines and policies
• To communicate scientific data developments to relevant colleagues on the medical profiles and the latest scientific data related to UCB products particularly with regard to Clinical Trials.
• To interact effectively with clinical development (and global medical affairs for GMA studies) to represent affiliate medical environment in the review of clinical development plans for products in development and to ensure that UCB China are appropriately represented in registration trials.
• To ensure that all clinical studies are run in accordance with ICH-GCP and with the regulations applicable in China.

Requirement：

• Medically qualified and country registered practitioner
• 5-10 years pharmaceutical industry experience with at least 1-3 years management experience, preferably in a multinational pharmaceutical company.
• Clinical trials experience, including development of clinical protocols
• Medical Affairs experience
• Experience in provision of scientific and clinical data
• Experience with development and delivery of medical educational programs
• Therapeutic area knowledge (CNS, Internal Medicine, Inflammation)
