GA Manager, Central Government Pricing

Major Responsibilities：

• Policy research
• Collect latest update of central government pricing policy change.
• Give analysis on pricing policy change and proposal accordingly.
• Price Application and Negotiation
• Lobbying government in new product price application to get optimal price and on time
• Negotiate with government to avoid or mitigate risks of price-cut
• Pricing strategy
• Develop company pricing strategy for each product
• Propose action plan for pricing in short term and long term bases.
• Government and Industry Liaison
• Establish and build up relationships with key decision makers and industry associations
• Communicate with govt. agency on UCB product pricing information
• Initiate pricing projects and take the responsibility to implement.

Requirement：

• Essential -  At least bachelor's degree on pharmaceutical or related major
• Good English communication
• Computer literate
• Essential – At least 3 years working experience on government affairs
