Brand Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • To develop and have agreed, marketing plans (situation analysis, strategy, objectives, action plan and control) to maximise profitability and build product awareness.
  • To develop and organise, with the support of the Medical Manager communication campaigns (i.e. conferences, symposia, round tables) for assigned product.
  • To develop promotion materials for assigned product and present to sales team as sales support tool.
  • To prepare, in collaboration with Marketing Manager, plans for new product development (esp. packaging) and implement launching.
  • To monitor product performance and profits of assigned product on local market and adapt marketing plan accordingly.
  • To develop and maintain assigned professional expertise and keep abreast of market trends bearing on own product.
  • To develop and keep good relationship with key opinion leaders

 

 

Requirement:

  • Medical/pharmaceutical University Degree or equivalent through experience
  • MBA graduate is preferable
  • Good Command of English
  • 5+ years experience in Product Management with a multinational pharmaceutical company
  • Min 1 year of medical sales experience
