National Sales Associate Director

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support NSD to study the market and industry, forecast the market trend, develop suitable and feasible sales strategy, and continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of sales manage system.
  • Support NSD to develop sales force’s capability.
  • Manage OTC /Medical Marketing  SFE teams, Sales Training team, and HQ Commercial team.
  • Manage headquarter Commercial team to develop distributor management strategy and applications, design annual trading term, and fulfill orders effectively.
  • Continuously improve the sales information system, ensure the data accuracy and integrated. Find out the business opportunity and develop solutions by clear and comprehensive business study, to improve the sales performance and effectiveness.
  • Effectively assess sales operation ability and sales force capability. Cooperate with field sales management team to improve the organization capability by providing competency model, training programs, and on site coaching solutions.
  • Monitor the P&L of the whole dept. and each region to track the business healthy, and find out potential risks.
  • Support NSD to accomplish corporate strategic programs
