PV Evaluation Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Supports the Head of PV in the alignment of safety assessment with the China safety science and other safety assessment activities.
• Provides leadership and management of the Safety Assessment team including the building up teamwork, coaching direct reports, identifying training needs and making individual development plans for team members.
• Assists the Head of PV in ensuring quality safety support to Medical studies and other SRPL relevant activities.
• Is responsible for the overall performance of the safety assessment team.
• Works with the relevant SRPL functions for responses to safety queries from China regulatory agency, media, patients, medical community and investigators.
• Supervises the SRPL process and keeps China regulatory and Shanghai Roche SOPs.

Requirement：

• Strong communication and coaordination ability with cross departments/units
• Leadership capability to lead and develop the team
• PV expertise
• 3-5 years working experience in PV with previous managerial experience
• Familiar with operation process
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese with communication skills
• Computer literacy
