Patient Access Service Liaison Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Lead patient access service liaison team and manage team performance and effectiveness
• Launch and manage patient access programs
• Key coordinator for BU sales team handing all patient access programs affairs
• Provide training to PAP doctors & BU colleagues
• Timely help PAP doctors to clarify PAP process and PAP documentation requirements
• Coordinators with NGO project team
• Accountable for PAP compliance

Requirement：

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Pharmacy / Medical related, master is preferred
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage overlapping tasks, balance priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• At least  5 years in pharmaceutical industry, as District Sales Manager
• Being a key coordinator internally and externally
