Senior Marketing Capabilities Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Organize, facilitate and coordinate C4 MPH brand plan and POA planning process in accordance with global/ local requirement. Train and roll out global marketing systems or tools among the marketing team (LRR)
  • Fully in charge functional training & development agenda for marketing team. In close collaboration with the sector marketing experts and global team to manage and improve the marketing curriculum training programs and other key tools developed to increase the marketing capabilities in Novartis Pharma.
  • Review and challenge brand monthly reports and Brand Catalogue
  • Supports S&OP process for marketing and coordinates Futurcast updates with objective to continuously improve accuracy
  • Support strategic projects to maximize existing business

 

 

Requirement:

  • At least 5 years marketing experience within MNC pharmaceutical company with marketing managerial experience at the level of Senior Brand Manager or Marketing Manager;
  • Strong affinity for developing people
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing marketing capabilities
  • Leadership experience within previous roles
  • Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills;
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • Sensitive to the pharmaceutical market and strong analytical skills
  • Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills;
  • Prepared to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
