Group Product Manager

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activ-ities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
  • To manage the Marketing group budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
  • Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
  • Develop product/portfolio strategy and execution plan for TianYuan products. (TY is a local bio-company with Novartis acquisition this year)
  • Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers.
  • Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Service and Government Affairs) through market requirements and positioning.
  • Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all de-partments to execute.
  • Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future prod-ucts.
  • Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
  • Develop pricing strategy

 

 

Requirement:

  • 3 years of Marketing experience in phama or vaccine industry.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strate-gies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • Proven ability to oversee portfolio management.
