Group Product Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Develops annual marketing plan in conjunction with sales department, which details activ-ities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus on meeting organizational objectives.
- To manage the Marketing group budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Develop product/portfolio strategy and execution plan for TianYuan products. (TY is a local bio-company with Novartis acquisition this year)
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers.
- Driving a solution set across development teams (primarily Regulatory, Clinical, Medical Service and Government Affairs) through market requirements and positioning.
- Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all de-partments to execute.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future prod-ucts.
- Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
- Develop pricing strategy
Requirement:
- 3 years of Marketing experience in phama or vaccine industry.
- Extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strate-gies to meet organizational objectives.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
- Proven ability to oversee portfolio management.
