Regional Product Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Support regional/area strategic market planning (20%)
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, medical, and other regional functions to monitor and analyze market trends, issues, opportunities within the region
- Active participation in brand planning/ market insights process.
- Facilitate the execution of key regional/national level brand programs(45%)
- Assist centrally planned activities in the regional roll-out
- Coordinate content development with SciCom
- Assist in speaker identification and preparation
- Meeting logistics will still be handled by logistic vendors.
- Assist in the management of regional KOLs (20%).
- Lead brand strategy and brand clinical communication to region (15%)
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with good relationship building, negotiation and listening skills.
- Good English skills required
- Prior successful sales, sales management, MSL, or local marketing experience.
- Strong medical background preferred
- Demonstrated strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skill sets within a cross-functional team
- Additional requirement from internal candidate
- Performance rating is above 2.2 in recent 3 years which in-clude at least 2.3, 3.2 or 3.3 twice.
- Received pre-approval from line management
