District Sales Manager地区销售经理
Major Responsibilities:
- To develop, propose territory sales plan consistent with company objectives
- 制定、提出区域销售计划并保持与公司目标一致
- To implement and monitor sales plan to achieve high ROI by ethic standards
- 执行和监管销售计划以达到符合道德标准的高投资回报率
- To access data provided by subordinates and identify business opportunities and pinpoint problem areas
- 向下属获取相关数据,确定商业机会并查明问题领域
- To determine personal sales target per subordinate and evaluate his/her performance
- 确定每个下属的个人销售目标并评估其绩效
- To organise regular management meeting efficiently
- 有效地定期组织管理会议
- To manage subordinates daily activities on an going basis:
- 管理下属的日常活动
- To monitor the agenda of subordinates, control call frequency, P.R. activities, and etc., by ETMS
- 监督下属的工作日程,通过ETMS管理其拜访频率、公关活动等
- To perform visits to the field and assist subordinates when appropriate (double calls, P.R. activities,.)
- 进行区域的实地拜访,并在适当的时候对下属进行协助(共同访问,公关活动等)
- To check subordinates’ expenditure claim
- 检查下属的费用报销
- To check subordinates’ reports
- 检查下属的报告
- To maintain ongoing relationships with opinion leaders, pharmacists, physicians and wholesalers in own area. To represent the affiliate towards the right scientific forums, organisations and target groups in order to facilitate a fertile basis for company image and business.
- 在自己的领域保持与专家、药剂师、医生和经销商的联系。代表公司向合适的学术论坛、组织和目标团体推广company 的形象和业务。
Requirement:
- Medical/Pharmaceutical University Degree or equivalent through experience. 医学/药学专业的大学或有经验的同等学力
- Preferably knowledge of Management有管理经验优先
- Good knowledge of English language良好的英语水平
- 5 years sales experience of which at least 1 years experience in managerial position, preferably with a multinational pharmaceutical company.5年销售经验,其中至少1年以上经理职位经验,跨国制药公司经验优先
