Regional Sales Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Sets challenging and realistic goals
- Supports assigned regional goals and commits to deliver on those goals
- Ensures that while regional goals are met, individual district goals are also met or exceeded
- Executes commercial, marketing and financial strategies at the regional/national level
- Adapts regional/national business strategy to regional/national business environment
- Participates in business planning at the regional/national level
- Leverages knowledge of marketing strategy, brand messages, competitors and disease area to optimise the sales plan
- Ensures that DMs/ FLSMs comply with all various personnel related guidelines and SOPs
- Ensures all performance development processes are carried out for all team members
- Coaches DMs/ FLSMs on all leadership capabilities and people management aspects
- Ensures that call frequency of DMs/ FLSMs is achieved
- Ensures implementation of customer management strategy for the organisation
- Ensures adequate controls in place to monitor regional/national and district budget utilisation
- Acts upon reposts generated from company sales information systems to improve regional/national business performance
Requirement:
- Degree or above of Medical, Pharmacy or Biochemistry relevant major
- Very good command of English
- Proficiency of computer literate
- 5+ years of Pharmaceutical Sales managerial experience, with minimum 2 years of Regional Sales Manager’s experience in the multinational company
