Business Development Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities including product in-licensing, business partnership and new product launches;
- Plan and organize market research activities for the purpose of obtaining better understanding of market situation, improving current marketing and sales practice and preparing for future product launch;
- Gather business intelligence including but not limited to market map, competitive landscape and consumer / customer insight;
- Plan and organize pre marketing study and activities as well as developing KOL relationships to prepare for new product launches;
- Liaison with external agencies to deliver initiatives for business development and new product launches;
- Interface with different business functions to implement business development and strategic initiatives;
Requirement:
- Business or science related major from top university
- MBA degree preferred
- 3-5 years marketing service or field experience and brand management experience
- Solid working experience in business development or strategy planning functions in healthcare or consumer goods industry
- Good understanding of market dynamics of healthcare industry, preferably with experience in vaccines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and planning skills
