Training Manager (BU)

Major Responsibilities：

• Conduct and refine new and existing sales representatives training programmes.  e.g. Standard 1-3 and advance curriculum
• Work with therapy area stakeholder to design, develop, and deliver product training needs and requirements
• Lead and facilitate special project internally or from Academy.
• Revise and update the training curriculum as owner.
• Support the management training team to deliver management training programme standard I.
• Lead and facilitate ITP and  PSR certification
• Take proactive action to coaching for higher performance.
• Prioritize the training needs and design solutions to BU. Act as performance consultant to provide professional support to relevant sales head.
• Promptly analyze the training outcome and readjust the solution.

Requirement：

• Bachelor degree above
• Experiences of at least 3-year sales management and 1-year sales training in Pharmaceutical or Biological industry.
• General knowledge for Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, Sales and Sales Management, Customer Service & Management, Training & Training Management and so on.
• Good at coaching and communication, self motivated, energetic and practive.
