Manager of Regulatory Intelligence and Policy

Major Responsibilities：

• Develop a system and process to ensure the regulations and policies healthcare and pharmaceutical products are continuously monitored any changes are well detected, tracked and followed up.
• To ensure any changes are detected and clarified as early as possible.
• To ensure the potential impact to company products or business have been thoroughly evaluated and well communicated to the relevant people and /or functions.
• To ensure adequate actions are taking to address the potential issues that may be caused by the regulation and policy changes.
• Actively participate the development of new regulations or policies of SFDA and its departments to ensure the relevant people or functions in GSK are well consulted.
• To ensure company’s point of view or comments have been clearly expressed and fairly considered.
• To ensure the policy and Intelligence (P&I) are systematically collected, sorted, filed and regularly communicated.

Requirement：

• A minimum of bachelor degree, preferable higher, (pharmacy, medical or related background) plus 5-7 years regulatory affairs working experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to communicate (written/oral) in English.
• Ability to present clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences, internally and externally.
• Good influence skills and ability.
• Good leadership and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with government officials and industry organizations.
