Assistant QC&Training Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Develop a comprehensive clinical quality strategy centered on the GSK SOPs and GCP principles and built-in with the key considerations essential for effective implementation in CMD
• Work with Clinical & Business Operation Director to develop a clinical quality control/co monitoring plan
• Support the execution of clinical quality monitoring to ensure the highest possible standard of clinical research in the country is maintained.
• Responsible for conducting quality control activity and mock audit which is important part of clinical quality control/co monitoring plan
• Provide consultancy to CRAs on clinical quality issues
• Act as an interface to communicating country clinical quality needs to Central
• Support Head of QRT and Clinical & Business Operation Director with specific clinical quality responsibilities and the execution of those responsibilities.
• Act as a back up local trainer to assist Head of QRT to develop training
• strategy, training plan and support the implementation in CMD
• Responsible for incorporating quality issues into training program
• Provide training, coaching and consultation to Clinical Research Associate
• Maintain cross functional Induction Program in CMD
• Supporting the Head of QRT to plan local L&D activities
• Coordinating soft skill training for the staff in CMD

Requirement：

• Minimum bachelor degree in clinical medicine or Life/Biological Sciences
• Previous experience in clinical medicine, pharmaceutical and services industry is required
• Minimun of 3 years experience in clinical research , or a clinical compliance, quality or training background
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of PC (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT)
• Effective communication skill for a broad range of audiences
• Good Interpersonal communication skill
