Medical Science Liaison

Major Responsibilities：

• Develop, educate and manage relationship with KOLs and conduct KOL activities
• Track, analyze and reports targeting KOLs advocacy, contribution and publication status in required system and KOL management tool as ap- propriate
• Scientific support of speaker training activities in GCPO with timely feedback and manage unsolicited requests/objections comply with NP4 and China legal and regulatory requirements
• Tailor and adapt speaker slides in alignment with NP4 and GCR Brand strategies
• Provide training to FF and support FF in hospital listing and launch activities. Provide up-to-date medical support to facilitate RDL, formularies as appropriate
• Support clinical trial preparation and management
• Main function as the Novartis medical speaker to present at BI/Society sponsored activities for up-to-date data based scientific and clinical information on BI products
• Conduct or coordinate third party trials/animal studies/Registry programs/research fund raised and funded by GCPO as a KOL develop-ment tools to build advocate and partnership
• Coach and provide guidance to the staff

Requirement：

• MD,PharmD, Pharmacist, PHD and other life sciences with solid medical/technical background and proven competencies influencing skills, clinical research insight, business and market knowledge "
• Fluent in Chinese and English (Oral and written) "
• Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management and medical research in at least one therapeutic area
• Ability to synthesize recent scientific information, analyze within strategic and regulatory settings
• Strong personal integrity, and customer focus
• Strong communication skill
