Key Account Technical Service Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Develop and execute the Key Account (KA) strategies of BIAH China
• Act as the link between KAs and BIAH China, anticipating and understanding the KA's specific needs and offering solutions. Act as an expert to support KAs with a high quality of services and ensure all issues are dealt with in the most effective and satisfactory way
• Share responsibilities for KA sales
• Identify, classify and segment a portfolio of key accounts across whole country, and execute key accounts related market research
• Provide appropriate KAs’ business analysis to BIAH China
• Monitor competitors' key account management activities

Requirement：

• Several years of experience in related professional area
• Master or Bachelor degree in Veterinary Medicine
• Good organizational, analytical and presentation skills
• Team player, good negotiator, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer oriented, and result oriented, strong commitment with a considerable amount of business travelling each month
• Good leadership skills with flexible in handling change
• Good command of spoken and written English
