Portfolio Operations Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• To oversee the new project alignment operation in CN/AP with CN/AP leads
• To support CN/AP Lead and GPT in developing a robust Asia strategy as part of our global programs
• To run and ensure operational success of GD Asia Development Steering Committee  
• To interface with senior leaders in Asia and different global functions to achieve the operating success
• To interface with external stakeholders when required by working with BHC and BCL PR and government affairs - government officials, regulatory policy, medical community, academic community.
• May involve in coordinating  and consolidating the input to BD&L activities for GD Asia various function

Requirement：

• 8+ experiences in industry – with significant leadership experience
• Bachelor degree a must
• Prefer advanced degree in life sciences  
• Experiences in R&D and/or commercial functions are required; prior experience in clinical development or project management is favored
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills
• In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry  
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical’s R&D operating model and functions
• Has the interpersonal skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders and find adequate solutions when issues or conflicts arise
• An independent thinker and self starter.
