Marketing Training Manager
Major Responsibilities
- To ensure that all line managers of marketeers have the opportunity to develop and achieve their potential in line with the future needs of the business.
- To help to create training and development strategies for marketing with Pharmaceutical business processes and good business practice.
- To research best marketing practice and best business processes.
- To tailor make and organize and deliver, training workshops for marketeers.
- To ensure recruiting the right staff together with marketing people and HR.
- To coordinate the implementation of Marketing learning project
- To lead subordinates to achieve the team targets
- To develop self and coach others in improving training functional competencies.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree background or beyond
- more than 5 years working experience, business leader experience or marketing experience would be an advantage.
- Good communication skill and project handling skill
- Strategic & logical thinking, ability to research, learn and apply a new business techniques;
- High level of interpersonal & cooperation skills ;
- Mobile to travel;
- Good English in written and oral.
