Operations Manager GMA PCA

Major Responsibilities

• To lead and implement selected strategic and communication projects
• Planning and tracking of GMA PCA budget
• Ensures timely tracking and reporting of GMA PCA functional budget
• Supervise and manage Global KOL engagement practice
• Plan and implement strategic KOL activities
• Support GMLs in KOL identification
• KOL interaction tracking in respective tracking tools
• Supervise GMA PCA strategy planning
• Supports GMLs in preparation of global medical plans
• Works with Regional and Country MA to align regional / country medical affairs plans with global plans
• Provides training to internal stakeholders.

Requirement

• Medical Doctor / Scientist or
• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with working experience in equivalent role in international comanies
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferably in Medical Affairs or related functions)
• Understanding of budget and accounting processes
• Thorough understanding of global regulations and guidelines
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
