Project Coordination

Responsibilities：

• Oversee the medical controlling work, including timely HC planning,accurate budget planning, and timely cost monitoring
• Effectively track and manage pipeline projects in terms of Chinadevelopment strategy and timeline; collect project information fromglobally relevant functions
• Arrange monthly China medical project review meetings
• Create monthly medical reports for the Country/Regional/Global MTmembers
• Assist in identifying business opportunities and evaluatingopportunities in areas such as training, education, internationalcollaboration in clinical research and regulatory affairs
• Work to develop solid, long-term professional relationships withcustomers, hospitals and government leaders
• Supervise the team staff to coordinate department activities
• Recruit and develop staff and enforce company policies

Required：

• Education: University degree with a major in Medical, Pharmaceutics or business
• Experience: At least three years of experience in the medical field orbusiness development
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in both Chinese andEnglish
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a clear understandingof both the customer and the market place
• Ability to develop work relationships internally and externally
