APAC / China Training & Development (T&D) Leader & China HRBP
APAC T&D Leader:
- To advise on the APAC T&D strategy and policies to ensure that the APAC T&D planning & activities are aligned with the Corporate & local business & HR strategies.
- To work with global T&D functions and APAC country HR leaders to implement the Corporate T&D initiatives / processes / programs in APAC effectively
- To initiate & lead T&D related projects within APAC based on the local needs to help business and employee success and to achieve alignment & synergy across APAC countries.
- To build career path grid for operational & functional positions in APAC
ChinaT&D Leader:
- To participate in formulating China HR strategies, policies, plans & budgets and in monitoring the employees’ performance so as to support business & employee success.
- To lead / facilitate full set of T&D related initiatives, processes, programs & activities (eg. Performance Management Process, Talent Management, Individual Development Planning, Succession Planning etc) to build up talent pipelines based on the business needs.
- To analyze leadership & employee development needs and provide appropriate & effective development solutions to improve their performances.
- To act as HR representative for organizational communication to build up strong corporate culture etc.
ChinaHRBP:
- Partner with service line leaders to address opportunity areas and manage the execution of HR initiatives, programs and processes to ensure quality results that achieve improved overall business outcomes
- Provide expertise in employee relations by providing consultative services to management, addressing associate concerns and investigating complaints
- Educate and communicate with managers / employees in support of the performance management process and individual development planning, leadership succession and talent management etc.
- Work closely with service lines to develop, review & implement manpower / learning & development planning.
- Key driver in recruitment and selections in designated SL/function to make sure right people in right position. Participate in recruitment of all level staff as an adviser for line managers.
- Drive and/or support change management in designated SL/function
Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Thorough knowledge and 5+ experience in learning and development with MNCs preferably in IT consulting/service industry
- 2+ year recruitment / HR generalist experiences
- Strong communication, facilitation & influencing skills
- Good business acumen & logical thinking
- High oral & written English proficiency
