Parts Pricing Manager
Primary Position Responsibilities & Duties:
- Pricing strategy recommendations
- Price change approvals and SOX compliance
- Process improvements, defining needs, recommending solutions
- Ensuring adherence to Worldwide Parts Pricing processes and Handbook
- Mentoring and coaching direct reports, and other key stakeholders
- Understanding competitive market
- Strong analytical skills, recommend and evaluate pricing based on competitor data, market and good understanding of financial impact to Deere (SVA) and Dealer (DNP)
Required Skills, Knowledge, & Relevant Work Experience:
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of market, Deere machines
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of word, excel, power point, web applications
- Ability to understand financial data and perform analysis, specifically SVA
- Proven track record of taking initiative, working with global teams, leading change
- Customer focus
- Respect diversity and be willing to teach our global pricing team about the China and India markets
- Process oriented, good documentation
Desired Skills, Knowledge & Relevant Work Experience:
- Knowledge of Deere competitors, their machines, parts, how they compare to Deere offering
- Knowledge of SAP, DNS, parts business
- Marketing or pricing experience
- Desire to work with a global team, our dealers, other parts team members
- Good fit with our "A" type team, results driven, but always willing to help each other
Education (Specific Branch of Study, Certificate):

Minimum bachelor degree, preferably in marketing, engineering, business
