Financial Controller

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In conjunction with other managers, formulates and recommends Finance initiatives

• Manages all unit accounting activities to ensure that financial processes and information are accurate, timely, and contain adequate internal controls (with emphasis on)

•  Working capital management
•  Control of Credit Operations
•  Preparation of Financial forecasts (on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis and ad hoc)
• Preparation of expense & capital budgets

• Provides financial counseling and assistance, including analysis and recommendations, to enhance operations and results

• Facilitates and supports the development and training of supervisors and other assigned personnel

• Actively participates in the Business Unit's strategic planning and projects to enhance operations and results

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to D and Chinese government (comply with both US GAAP and Chinese accounting regulation)

• Foster professional business relationships with financial institutions

• Ensures tax compliance for Chinese and US regulations

• Fully utilize ERP Systems and maintain a fully integrated process based unit operations

• Other duties and special projects as requested
