TE Process Pro
Major Responsibilities:
- Analyzing business needs which are displayed in areas of organization and/or people, including issue identification and addressing and finding possible solutions to solve the issue by using Six Sigma methodologies;
- Leading the Team Enrichment implementations in China Region and Region 1;
- Leading HR Strategic planning/ambition planning for China & Region I;
- JD Teaming Coach and more – drive JD Teaming process into organization;
- Serving as Process Pro (leads, facilitates, teaches) for process improvement projects in all regional HR areas;
- Providing coaching to process owners on development and maintenance of their process, metric development, alignment with other processes;
- HR communications - work closely with HR communications experts in Corporate to define the best communication methods and materials.
Requirement:
- Good project management and process management skills and experiences;
- Excellent coordination skills; Familiar and adapted to cross-region and cross cultural working environment.
- Strong interest in people and organizations;
- Strong facilitation skills and spirits;
- Influencing others without direct authority;
- Excellent English language skills in both written and spoken.
