TE Process Pro

Major Responsibilities：

• Analyzing business needs which are displayed in areas of organization and/or people, including issue identification and addressing and finding possible solutions to solve the issue by using Six Sigma methodologies;
• Leading the Team Enrichment implementations in China Region and Region 1;
• Leading HR Strategic planning/ambition planning for China & Region I;
• JD Teaming Coach and more – drive JD Teaming process into organization;
• Serving as Process Pro (leads, facilitates, teaches) for process improvement projects in all regional HR areas;
• Providing coaching to process owners on development and maintenance of their process, metric development, alignment with other processes;
• HR communications - work closely with HR communications experts in Corporate to define the best communication methods and materials.

• Excellent coordination skills; Familiar and adapted to cross-region and cross cultural working environment.

• Excellent English language skills in both written and spoken.
