Service Parts OFP Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB Manages the Order Fulfillment Process for Service Parts in China. This includes leading order processing, materials management and forecasting. Responsible for factory coordination to ensure that the warehouses meet parts fill requirements. Manages and/or supports other projects that will ensure dealerships and customers experience smooth order and delivery of service parts. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage order fulfillment process for country, including coordination with Factory, Parts Marketing, Parts Distribution and Product Engineering, to ensure high customer satisfaction. * Manages the forecasting team that will oversee the composite forecast and will ensure optimal inventory strategies. * Plans, organizes, and develops warehouse replenishment strategies to ensure high fill rate and good inventory turn * Controls the introduction of new parts for new products, including supporting the ISO process * Supports factories with ISO, JD-QPS and adherence to key parts metrics * Manages various OFP projects as needed to support processing, delivery and/or return of service parts * Provides supervision of subordinate employees and/or team that includes placement, work direction, coaching, development and performance management.
