Project Manager Logistics Service Parts
Major Responsibilities:
- Analyze the gaps between the current service parts distribution and logistics activities and business goals and strategy.
- Initiate the projects accordingly to fix the gaps mentioned above
- Manages projects focused through using the specific tools required on improving the acquire service parts logistics processes.
- Monitors ongoing project status and maintains communication with business partners or stakeholders regarding the project status. Majority of communications focused within project team.
- Determines resources needed to assure successful completion of projects and secures resources from others (project leader, division leader, etc.). Coaches and develops team members.
- Assists with global distribution strategy, such as footprint strategy, system application etc.
- Provides continuous process improvements for assigned processes.
- Establishes and monitors metrics relative to the project(s) and communicates to stakeholders.

- Competencies, technical skills, formal education and relevant work experience critical for successful individual performance of essential functions.
