Project Manager Logistics Service Parts

Major Responsibilities：

• Analyze the gaps between the current service parts distribution and logistics activities and business goals and strategy.
• Initiate the projects accordingly to fix the gaps mentioned above
• Manages projects focused through using the specific tools required on improving the acquire service parts logistics processes.
• Monitors ongoing project status and maintains communication with business partners or stakeholders regarding the project status. Majority of communications focused within project team.
• Determines resources needed to assure successful completion of projects and secures resources from others (project leader, division leader, etc.). Coaches and develops team members.
• Assists with global distribution strategy, such as footprint strategy, system application etc.
• Provides continuous process improvements for assigned processes.
• Establishes and monitors metrics relative to the project(s) and communicates to stakeholders.
