Supplier Quality Engineer – Power Module

Major Responsibilities：

• Leads project implementation team to manage and execute global sourcing projects.
• Participates in unit PDP (Product Delivery Process) teams as the Quality representative, ensuring quality activities and plans are formulated and followed.  Encourages early interaction of both customer and supplier input to team activities. Participates in Design Process and Assembly Reviews (DPARs), print reviews, and design reviews of new products.
• Coordinates and manages quality aspect of sample parts approval process, including DPAR, ISIR, PPAP, Testing, Packaging and Production Ramp-Up, verifies manufacturing processes (control plans, assembly instructions).
• Investigates product quality problems, determines root cause, gathers and analyzes data and implements corrective actions.  Drives Continuous Improvement (CI) and coordinates supplier non-conforming corrective actions (NCCA).
• Engages in supplier quality plan formulation as necessary. Conducts audits of new and existing suppliers to determine manufacturing capability and adherence to accepted quality practices (Red Flag & JDS-G223 audits).
• Provides training and/or supervision to co-workers and suppliers on quality procedures, systems and tools to monitor and control supplier performance and/or to implement cost-saving ideas to improve Deere products to meet customer expectations

Requirement：

• Minimum bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 5 years in related industry, with experience of power module in production/process related work.Automotive background a plus.
