PDM Regional BPI

Major Responsibilities：

• Participate in developing, aligning and deploying standard processes, translate high level business requirements into detailed functional specifications, and verify and validate the standard solutions.
• Provide support during and after implementation of PDM standard tools including resolving issues escalated beyond the unit subject matter experts.
• Support the China business platforms by troubleshooting system issues, investigating and providing recommendations for process issues, participating in related business projects, and providing insight with regard to the capabilities and future direction of the system.
• Work as a liaison between the PDP Process Team, IT, and the other regional business operations.
• Translate division business requirements into IT development requests as required to enable process improvements
• Participate in systems development solution testing to ensure business requirements are met.

Requirement：

• 1 to 3 years business experience within the Deere Product Delivery Process in one of the following functional areas: Program Management, Product Design,  Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Supply Management
• Language Proficiency: English and Mandarin
