Training Delivery Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Develops training schedule aligned to the training needs of dealers, Company personnel and customers
- Manages development and adaptation of training materials for dealers, Company personnel and customers
- Manages the delivery of training programs and events. Provides assistance in the delivery of training.
- Develops and coaches the training staff in areas of content knowledge, delivery expertise and other areas. Leads
- staff to accomplish tactical objectives.
- Develops and manages departmental budget.
Requirement:
- Dual degree in Business/Management and Engineering will be preferred. At least a Degree in one education discipline or equivalent experience.
- Fluent English capability is a must.
- Experience in training and development area involved in activities such as instruction, needs assessments, curriculum
- development, and other such related training and development work.
- Supervisory experience, which includes placement, work direction, coaching, and performance management.
