Training Delivery Manager

Major Responsibilities：

• Develops training schedule aligned to the training needs of dealers, Company personnel and customers
• Manages development and adaptation of training materials for dealers, Company personnel and customers
• Manages the delivery of training programs and events. Provides assistance in the delivery of training.
• Develops and coaches the training staff in areas of content knowledge, delivery expertise and other areas. Leads
• staff to accomplish tactical objectives.
• Develops and manages departmental budget.

Requirement：

• Dual degree in Business/Management and Engineering will be preferred. At least a Degree in one education discipline or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English capability is a must.
• Experience in training and development area involved in activities such as instruction, needs assessments, curriculum
• development, and other such related training and development work.
• Supervisory experience, which includes placement, work direction, coaching, and performance management.
