Service Parts Supply Management Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Oversees the non-current service parts business for a country or region.
- Manages a service part’s transition from a current to a non-current part. Including leading a sourcing team in buying and planning activities to ensure optimal supplier performance and the lowest total acquisition cost.
- Manages buying and planning activities with the supplier.
- Negotiates long-term agreements with specific suppliers, ensuring the company meets its goals.
- Manages supplier relationships to ensure supplier’s meet performance expectations and ongoing metric targets.
- Leads and motivates direct and indirect reports and cross-functional team members.

Requirement:
- Degree in a Supply Management, Business/Management, Engineering or equivalent experience – University Degree (4 years)
- Experience in specific areas of Supply Management such as: supplier integration, strategic supply management, supplier development, module supply management, scheduling, forecasting, logistics, etc. (4-7 years)
- Supply Management leadership experience (1-3 years)
- Cross functional work experience(s) in multiple major areas such as: accounting, product engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, warehousing and/or distribution, production employee supervision, supply management, marketing, human resources, industrial engineering, etc.
- Project management experience. - Complex Project, consists of some or all of the following criteria: 6 to 12 persons on the project team; 3 to 6 disciplines involved; multiple facilities within Division are involved; scope in dollars is $500,000 to $5,000,000 and is determined on budget, revenues generated, savings, etc.
